As a commission based Director of business development at PMO, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of the company by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and enhancing our presence in the market. Your earnings will be directly tied to your ability to generate revenue for the company.   • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong understanding of the project management and consulting industry
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic business development plans and initiatives
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events

  • Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives to drive growth and increase market share
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, establish relationships with potential clients, and negotiate contracts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that meet client needs and expectations
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to proactively adjust business strategies
  • Develop and maintain a strong professional network, attending industry events and conferences to expand company presence and brand recognition
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials that effectively communicate the value of PMO's services
  • Set and achieve revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the business development team
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities and results
  • Mentor and coach the business development team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations
